Hebden Bridge Piano Festival Waiting List and Returns Policy

Ticket returns and Waiting List for sold out concerts

Please contact the Sold Out Concerts Messaging Service (number available once first concert sells out) and leave your name and contact number.  A Piano Festival volunteer will call you back for further details as soon as possible.

Returning tickets

Once a concert is sold out we will accept returns and make tickets available to others. There is an administration charge of £1.50 per ticket for this service. We cannot guarantee to sell returned tickets and refunds will not be given on unsold tickets.

We do not take returns for concerts which are not sold out. Please see terms and conditions of sale.

If you have physical tickets we will ask you to confirm your ticket number/s. Once a return has been requested your tickets will be cancelled immediately; your ticket/s, or e-ticket receipt, will no longer secure entry to the performance/s.

If we are able to resell your ticket/s we will refund you (minus the administration charge) by cheque through the post within three weeks of the Festival.

Waiting List for sold out concerts

We operate a Waiting List for sold out concerts, managed on a first-come first-served basis. Once you reach the top of the waiting list you will be offered first refusal on any returned tickets unless you have instructed us otherwise. If reasonable attempts to contact you are unsuccessful you will forfeit your position in the Waiting List and tickets will be offered to the next in waiting. However, if further tickets become available your position will be reinstated and you will be offered first refusal as above.

Once Waiting List tickets are offered to you we ask for immediate payment, either by electronic bank transfer (in advance of the Festival weekend) or by cheque/cash at a pre-arranged time via the Piano Festival Helpdesk (during the Festival weekend).

Once you have paid you will receive a receipt of payment for tickets bought, but you will not receive a physical ticket. Your details will be added to a list held by the door stewards for the performance/s in question.
